BEGINNER'S ALIGNMENT YOGA

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm

Inspired by my teacher, Suzanne Leitner-Wise of 532Yoga, this class is designed to help you build the foundations of your yoga practice. Poses are discussed and demonstrated beforehand with a focus on safe alignment. Beginner-friendly suggestions and modifications are offered so you can increase your strength and flexibility at your own pace. There will be opportunities to ask questions so you can understand the poses in your body. Afterwards, you will feel more confident in your practice.

ALIGN & AWAKEN YOGA

Mondays & Thursdays

@ 5:30pm

Inspired by my teacher, Suzanne Leitner-Wise of 532Yoga, this alignment-style class is focused on gently awakening your muscles and releasing tension. We’ll take our time so you can connect with the poses and experience them in your own body. This is your opportunity to slow down, breathe, and practice self-care. Afterwards, you will feel calm and relaxed.

 
Yoga Mat and Straps

WHAT PROPS DO YOU NEED?

I know you may not have many props at home, so for my classes all you need is a bit of space. Although I do recommend:

  • A yoga mat

  • Blocks or thick books

  • Nearby wall to aid with balancing

  • Pillows and blankets for sitting and resting poses
